It was a fun and productive event, and we had coverage from the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle and WHAM TV 13. Several of us were interviewed by Rachel Barnhart. http://www.13wham.com/news/local/story/Job-Hunters-Turn-to-Social-Networking/w0f14LThCk6ixdxsUyKQaQ.cspx
We talked about having more events that would offer opportunities to meet more people. As you may know, in addition to serving the training needs of corporate clients, Training Insights, Inc. hosts these low cost events as a community service for individuals and job hunters. We will soon have a survey to get your ideas and interest levels on having us sponsor more events.

Sue,
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting such a fun and insightful event! As I said in my interview with Rachel Barnhart that afternoon, quality is always more important than quantity when it comes to networking.
Your seminars and networking events teach people how to improve upon the quality of networking.
Kind regards,

Sounds like a wonderful even Sue, and I am so glad to see other innovators in Rochester. At the same week the MITA International Brain Institute was facilitating a Brain Institure for innovations that would allow bureaucracies in our area to achieve more with the brain in mind.
ReplyDeleteI'll look forward to meeting you and others doing similar work. In numbers we can do far more and draw from increased talent as well. Bravo for your leads in networking!
